When and where did the attacks on Iran take place?
Answer: There were reports of explosions in Iran’s capital Tehran at around 3:30 am. Iranian state media said that residential areas were attacked and explosions were also heard in the north-east of Tehran. The Israeli army said that it has attacked dozens of Iranian military bases, including nuclear bases.
A few hours later, there were reports of explosions in Natanz, 220 km south of Tehran. Iran’s largest underground nuclear laboratory is located here. The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) also confirmed the attack on the Natanz nuclear facility, but said that there was no report of any increase in radiation.
Hussein Salami, commander of the Iranian army’s most powerful core Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps i.e. IRGC, has died in the attack. Iran’s two prominent nuclear scientists Mohammad Mehdi Tehrani and Farvoun Abbasi have also been killed. Israel claims that Iran’s Army Chief Mohammad Bagheri and other senior army officers have also been killed in the attack.

Iran’s state media has confirmed that Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) commander Hussein Salami has been killed in the Israeli attack.

Israeli airlines send all planes out of the country
Two Israeli airlines, El Al and Arkia, have announced to take all their planes out of the country in anticipation of Iran’s retaliatory attack. According to Reuters report, Ben Gurion Airport officials said that all planes are being sent without passengers. The airport has been closed until further notice.
However, it is not known where these planes are being sent. Flight monitoring websites showed that several planes have taken off from Tel Aviv. Some planes went to Cyprus, while El Al planes are heading towards different airports in Europe.
